By using SubtitleAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. SubtitleAI is provided by SubtitleAI ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

SubtitleAI is a browser-based AI subtitle generator. All video processing happens locally on your device. We do not receive, store, or process your video files on any server.

3. Free Tier

The free tier is available to everyone without registration. It includes unlimited SRT, VTT, and TXT exports with no watermark. Videos up to 10 minutes and 20 languages are supported. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits, but we will never add watermarks to the free tier.

4. Pro License

SubtitleAI Pro is a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to Pro features. "Lifetime" means as long as SubtitleAI exists and is maintained. The license is for personal or commercial use by one individual. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to your videos and generated subtitles. We don't claim any ownership or license over your content. Since processing happens locally, we never have access to your content.

7. Limitations

• Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, and the AI model used. We don't guarantee 100% accuracy.
• Processing speed depends on your device hardware and video length.
• Some browsers may not support required features (SharedArrayBuffer, WebAssembly). We recommend Chrome, Edge, or Firefox on desktop.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SubtitleAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.
